Domestic and International Shipping and Returns Policies
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and/or the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipping prices besides our Domestic Flat Rate options of $9.95 (USPS) and &9.95 (UPS), are generated automatically with each individual carrier. It is a direct pass through, and we do not add any additional handling fees.
Merchandise Return Policy: (please see below for international return policy)
You may return any unopened products purchased from Nutrasal, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from Nutrasal,Inc. Upon authorization, a full refund will be issued for product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been opened and the protection wrap/seal remains in place. The cost of shipping is not included in refunds. If Nutrasal paid the shipping cost for your original order, the S&H fee will be deducted from your credit. Nutrasal,Inc. will be responsible for the return shipping cost if it the reason for the return is deemed to be our error.
Product returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Product cannot be returned after 90 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as originally purchased or a credit may be posted on account with us toward your next purchase. You will receive the credit to your original form of payment, less the shipping cost, within one to several days after the returned product has been received and depending on credit/refund issuance policies of your credit card issuer.
All returns must contain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Nutrasal. To obtain an RMA, or for additional information regarding product returns, or any other product related questions please call or email our customer support team at:

Please contact the original seller if you purchased your products from a third-party entity, such as a doctor, distributor or retail partner.
Merchandise Return Policy: If you would like to exchange any products purchased from Nutrasal, for any reason, please go to our Contact Us page and fill out a request and let us know the reason for your exchange. Nutrasal, Inc will be responsible for the return shipping cost if it is our error.
International Shipping and Return Policy and Disclaimer:
Nutrasal will ship to any country that is permissible under US law and is serviced by either the United States Postal Service and/or international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL
Duties and Fees: Please be advised the customer may be responsible for additional duties and fees determined by the SHIP TO country's import policies. Additional fees may be required and collected by the courier service as a condition for delivery. All shipments originate in Scottsdale, Arizona and using AMAZON PAY will not relieve this responsibility if applicable.
Although 99% of all packages arrive to their destination without incident, the occasion does arise when orders are lost, stolen, delayed in customs or otherwise misplaced during delivery. Nutrasal takes all necessary precautions to ensure your shipment is packaged correctly. Courier service platforms require that all customs declarations and markings are made in accordance with you local jurisdiction to ensure customs clearance and parcel delivery. Should a package be misplaced in route, we do everything possible to track, investigate, and make claims if needed for the missing parcel(s).
As of September 1, 2010, Nutrasal can no longer offer refunds on international returns or lost packages.
Due to the changing nature of customs regulations, Nutrasal cannot be responsible for items that are seized, and/or otherwise "lost" by foreign customs or foreign postal services. Our product ingredients are listed on the website, and we encourage you to be familiar with your own country's regulations and import limitations for dietary supplements and or the specific active ingredient(s) in our formulations.
Please contact our customer service at 1.480.907.7142 should you have any questions before ordering. Absolutely no refunds will be given for materials lost, seized or otherwise not returned by customs or other government authorities.
The customer assumes ALL responsibility for all goods seized, damaged, or impounded by government authorities, as well as any additional customs and duties required by your country.Items returned by said authorities may be refunded minus postage, handling and restocking fees provided they are returned without damage to Nutrasal
