We are currently not accepting wholesale applications from third-party resellers on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Overstock, etc.

Before proceeding, please take a moment to review our Wholesale Application and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Agreement.

1. Complete and sign the online MAP policy agreement.
2. Fill out the online wholesale account signup form.

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, we will notify you upon approval of your wholesale account.
