So far so good. The spray bottle is super convenient- I can carry it with me wherever I go. The only thing I don't like is that the bottle is made of plastic. I would gladly pay a little more for a less toxic and eco-friendlier glass bottle. The liquid B is highly absorbable and does not cause any gastrointestinal irritation or discomfort. The most noticeable effect thus far has to do with my mood- it seems to be helping lift my depression. I certainly plan on continuing to use this product. Thanks, Gary.

I love the product. It is difficult for me to squeeze the bottle, so I am switching it. The lotion makes my hands feel better.
